Satyam Computer Scam Fraud Reality: Some Unusual Questions to Mr. Ramalinga Raju

Before writing on Satyam Computer’s So called fraud or scam, I would like mention that once I was a devoted investor (Or you can say trader) of Satyam Computer and I am watching this company since last nine years.

After Today’s Fraud News, I got some questions in my mind which I think Mr. Ramalinga Raju should answer.

Which is actual fraud the current one or the mid-representation of Balance sheet during previous years?

If company was not having cash then why you was trying to buyout your relatives companies? At least you was aware of the truth (?) that Satyam did not have any cash.

In India there is saying in Hindi “Hum to dubenge sanam aap ko bhi le dubenge” (I will not sink alone), are you just trying to do that. After you loose the control over company due to your low level of holdings and other great reasons known to everyone, You may have decide to do just that only

Now you are saying that you have shown wrong balance sheet for properties as well as cash in hand, Is it really true or you have done something great (like stealing the company fund ) and now trying to hide the actual thing?

Being at 30 : Now What?

When I was a kid, I always think about being young, so I can do whatever I want to do….
I remember during my school days, (specially in my XI class), I always tried to look more younger and older so people can believe that the work I am doing is really mine.
Whenever I reach the the office of any editor with article written by me, they normally look at the article and then at ME, “Bete Yeh Tumne Likha Hai”(You have written it, Son)….

I really did not like “those eyes” at that time, so I tried be older, tried to shaving prematurely, so hairs can be all over my face, tried to wear Kurta Pajama(Indian dress which normally elder people wore) and so on…

Today is my birthday and I am at 30 today, I am starting my thirty series today, and first time in my life I am feeling that slowly I am becoming old and so many things are there to do… I need to improve my english. I need to release my code for many things like php upload progress bar, Protophp I need to compile my experience with .Net platform with PHP, I need to work on my PHP certification website; which is pending since last four year. I need to finish the work on book which I planned to write. I need to do something for the open source movement, which has given me so much in life. I need to work on so many incomplete websites of mine, I need to learn the art of saying NO, I need to do something for my children.

While I was writing this, my wife was sitting besides me… and when I mentioned about my children, she starts complaining, “my children always comes in the end in your priority list”….

Yes, Now I need to really think about it, doing 18-20 hours work a day, what I am giving to my children must be my priority…

Today I am really thinking about execution of things and deeds which I have planned in last 5-10 years…

Ab Nahin To Kab?

Three quotes I normally use in my personal life

These are three quotes which I use in my day to day communication with my friends and the people with whom I interacts.

First :

Never hire a professor to teach nursery class. First he/she will not be able to do it professionally and properly; second, you may be over-budget and subsequently may be forced to close your school.

Second :

Remember you are better than others in any particular field but Don’t forgot you are also lesser than others in any particular field.

Third :

If you think I am not a genius person, then I don’t have any complaints because without seeing my work in details and depth how can you know about my brilliancy BUT if you think I am fool, I have complaints and I need reasons.

I have taken a decision today, I will start writing about the restaurants in India, Particularly in Delhi and Mumbai on my this site. I have my other homepage dedicated to the my PHP programming work so I will use this site to write about restaurants.
This decision does comes from the success of my previous post about restaurants in Delhi, I got lot of queries/support and even my friend was also happy to get good information about restaurants in Delhi, so I will continue writing about this topic.

Who I am ?
I am a techno savvy boy, who conquered by Linux/Unix long ago, I forgot everything to learn & explore the world of Linux, In my learning drive, I came across the C, C++, and every shell of Unix & languages including old but proven Perl and the flavor of present time PHP.

Currently I am working with VSWORX Technologies

Total development work is going apace using PHP and Mysql.

Due to heavy work at office & a promise to renovate my previous employer’s website akindia.com. I am unable to release my work on my pet project LMPX.COM. Of course this home page also need some real stuff about me, my work my life.
